1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup water
2 teaspoons mustard, oriental - found in Asian section in store
2 teaspoons heavy cream
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Combine all ingredients in a small bowl, mix until well combined. Chill before serving.
